BROWN WITCH (M. Reed 1999)
The story "It is very similar to GREY
WITCH in height and size, and is also a dormant diploid. I lost the parentage
on this one, as I wasn't planning to keep it. But somehow it had that "something"
and I just couldn't throw it away. I stuck it in the back of a bed, and
left it for a few years. It reached clump strength, and when my garden was
on tour last year, guess what grabbed all the attention! Enough people asked
me about it, that I registered it. It grows well, and has a subtle/intense
color of rich brown with a black/purple eye and purple tones on the edge.
Very nice in person."
