MIDNIGHT MANTIS

Heavy bloomer with low, compact form. Very unusual in the Exotic Form classes. 24in, Mid, 6in, NOCT, DOR, ca. 18 buds per scape, MIDNIGHT MANTIS is one of the many seedlings I have from TRAHLYTA.
This one had particular garden merit in terms of good production of rich colour with low, compact plants and the beautiful, exotic contrasts in the throat area. This seedling shows the rather spectacular results in terms of eye zones, throat patterns and colour that TRAHLYTA breeding can give.
This particular flower, which occasionally displays the crispation patterns I strive to achieve, is very pod fertile and gives vigorous seedlings. Each flower is presented flat-open and out-facing and opens nocturnally. A dormant that keeps its foliage until late, it
