to be without. Blooming well in its third and consecutive years after dividing,
WINDFRILLS has refused any type of pollen I've tried on it. An evergreen
that appreciates mulching in our climate, this lovely flower dispays a slightly
deep salmon veining that adds to its distinctiveness.
